Steps to Use RaPAP:
- Define Your Part:
- Start by defining the part you are working on.
- Define Operations:
- Enter the operations required to manufacture the part along with details such as Operation Number, Machine Used, Symbol, and Function of Operation (Process).
- For FMEA VDA, you can also add elements of the process.
- Once this information is entered, you can generate a PFD in an Excel file with a single click.
- Create Control Plan:
- Add control measures for each operation. Note that you cannot add new operations in the Control Plan; the software automatically retrieves operations from the PFD to ensure consistency across documents.
- Generate your Control Plan in a single click.
- Develop FMEA:
- Add failure modes to the predefined operations from the PFD.
- This ensures that failure modes are accurately linked to the correct operations.
- Create your FMEA document effortlessly.
